Job Description
The Crystal Maze is looking to recruit enthusiastic, reliable people to join our team of highly
capable School Tour Leaders this Spring/Summer.
The ideal candidates should be friendly, chatty, responsible and able to work within a team
or on their own initiative. It’s a fast-paced, action packed, rewarding role for energetic,
outgoing people.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Learn over 150 challenges and familiarizing yourself with The Crystal Maze
Listen to the brief each morning and help prep site for arrivals.
Greet and welcome children to the tour.
Take charge of your designated group and ensuring they have a safe, fun experience at The
Crystal Maze.
Show integrity and professionalism in the workplace.
Fulfil your duties in a friendly and collaborative manner.
Be alert and proactive with jobs that need to be done, think on your feet and put safety first.
Show enthusiasm to learn and professionalism in your work.
Show courtesy and respect toward colleagues, children, and teachers.
Use common sense at all times.
Information Day
We are holding an Information Day on Sunday 26th April 2026 from 12pm - 3pm. New
recruits need to attend this Day before they will be considered for employment.
We will be demonstrating some of The Crystal Maze challenges and giving a full tour of our
facilities. This will be in a group setting to allow us the opportunity to meet and get to know
possible candidates. This will take place mostly outside so please dress appropriately in
outdoor gear. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
Please note no confidential information will be shared with other applicants and attendance
does not guarantee employment. Recruitment will proceed on a phased basis with 5 - 10
people starting each week for 3 - 4 weeks depending on bookings and demand.
